More Crazy Crash Diets

There is no getting around it, celebrities are beyond crazy and do the strangest things trying to get healthy and lose weight. There is a diet called the baby food diet and it’s got some of the biggest celebrities following it. Yes, it’s hard to believe, but the idea is to replace your normal food with baby food.

The idea is you replace breakfast and lunch of 7 to 14 jars of baby food then eat a sensible dinner. As you would imagine, you don’t want to follow this diet. Just one major problem is the fact that baby food has very little protein and that won’t support your muscles and gym workouts. You would most likely lose muscle mass and loss your metabolism. Just like a crash diet, you will lose weight in the way short term only to pack on the big time fat later on.
